1. Age of users

Beyond Climb is intended for users aged 13 or older. The app contains no lottery, betting, gambling, or real-money elements.

2. Information we handle

• Information collected by third-party services for advertising and analytics: advertising ID, IP address, device information, app usage data, ad impression and interaction data, and diagnostics
• Information you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, e-mail address, and message contents
• Data stored only on your device: settings, scores, and progress. This data never leaves your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing its data

The app is not designed to collect personal information you enter directly, such as your name or e-mail address.

3. How we use information

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the app
• Serving ads, fraud prevention, and ad measurement
• Usage analysis, troubleshooting, and quality improvement
• Responding to inquiries
• Legal compliance, abuse prevention, and security

Beyond Climb uses the following services, which handle information under their own privacy policies:

5. Security
